I love this workout. You can do it anywhere there are stairs or a bench and just adjust the height to what works for you. All of the body is worked on. If you have a hard time doing rollups, stick your feet under your couch until you get stronger.

This is the LAST workout I'm posting for Fall. I really hope you've enjoyed them. :)
