Meditation as Sacred Time

In our busy lives, carving out time for connection can be really difficult.

It's hard to remember to do. It's hard to make it a priority. It's hard to connect with the 'why'.

Let's simplify it.
Let's make it real and approachable.

Setting your meditation up as a sacred act does two things:

1) It reminds you in whatever way that way makes sense to you that you are a part of it all.

2) It helps to connect you to it all.

Imagine it like an electrical socket.

Meditation invites you to sit and plug in and feel your current and the current of it all.

And that connection may (or may not) fill you with feelings that are really important...

awe.
wonder.

In you.
In it all.

Micro.
Macro.

How does this resonate with you?
