Small Steps vs. Life Overhauls

The thing about Life Overhauls…you know, when you say,

“I’M GOING TO CHANGE EVERYTHING. I’M GOING TO WORKOUT EVERY DAY. I’M GOING TO EAT SALADS FOR THREE MEALS A DAY. I’M GOING TO BECOME A MARATHON RUNNER.”

The thing about this is that the energy isn’t harnessed and focused. It’s often like a sprinkler shooting water out into twenty different directions.

As such, it’s not sustainable.

What you want to consider when you want to make a change or add something to your life with regard to your wellness is that you want to keep it around and do it consistently.

Consistency is key.

That’s what makes it a life change.

And the most effective way to do that is SMALL STEPS.
