This is the yin and yang of workouts. A fun strength and cardio workout with some yoga. Bootcamp with Soul meets you wherever you are on the day you come and helps you to remembering the mind, body and spirit chain. It’s all connected.

Wednesdays

7:15 AM @ Tula Yoga & Wellness

Start your day with a form of therapeutic yoga that blends somatics and hatha yoga to ease chronic pain or tension. SomaYoga helps bring EASE back into your body. You can remind, re-learn, re-teach your brain and your muscles to work together again. It’s a delicious way to start your day.

Join me to learn about stress – how it holds in your body, mind and spirit. Learn about the long term effects of stress, and practical tools you can use to invite calm.

This workshop includes gentle yoga for all bodies, a guided relaxation practice. Please bring a journal and any items of comfort.

Four Thursdays, 11-12:00 September 26-October 17 at Tula Yoga & Wellness

The kids are back in school - now is your time to concentrate on yourself. Join me for 4 week series to get strong! Learn fundamental movement patterns and start to add resistance for a solid month of getting strong. The classes are for all levels will offer strength, mobility and calm - and you'll get a takeaway at-home workout to use for the rest of the week.
