7:15 AM @ Tula Yoga & Wellness

Start your day with a form of therapeutic yoga that blends somatics and hatha yoga to ease chronic pain or tension. SomaYoga helps bring EASE back into your body. You can remind, re-learn, re-teach your brain and your muscles to work together again. It’s a delicious way to start your day.
