About me
With training in SomaYoga Therapy, Reiki, and spiritual formation through seminary, I help people come home to themselves — body, mind, and spirit.
But what does that mean “coming home to yourself?”
Many of us our disconnected from ourselves
In our bodies, which are designed to help us sense and feel.
In our spirits, where we find deep meaning in our lives.
In our minds, where we find calm within our busy brains.
The result? It feels icky. Some words that clients have used:
It’s hard to feel at home in your skin when you’re feeling this way. To support that journey, I offer three healing modalities — sometimes woven together depending on what you need.
SomaYoga – SomaYoga is, honestly, the best thing ever in my humble opinion. I trained with the incredible teachers at Yoga North International Somatics Institute, where I studied Somatics (the science of sensing and feeling) alongside the science and philosophy of Hatha Yoga. Depending on your needs, sessions often begin lying down and move slowly and gently, allowing your body space to listen, soften, and reconnect. You can read more about SomaYoga and hear from clients here.
Reiki – Reiki is also the best thing ever. I trained with the wonderful Twin Cities Reiki Masters and received my Reiki Master Certification on Mount Kurama in Japan. Reiki is a deeply gentle form of energy healing where energy flows through me and my hands to you. It naturally moves toward the places within you that are asking for care — physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. You can read more about Reiki and hear from clients here.
Spirit Work – I’ll meet you wherever you are and support you in developing a relationship with the Divine that feels grounding, nourishing, and true to you. Together, we’ll create practices that honor and support your unique spiritual path. You can read more about Spirit Work and hear from clients here.
