SomaYoga blends Somatics with the philosophy, breath, movement and wisdom of Hatha Yoga.

What does it feel like?
The practice of SomaYoga is deeply relaxing and the movements are small and slow, and is available to all bodies.

You’ll have information as to what is causing your discomfort.
You’ll walk away with feeling good and carrying some practices to progress your healing.
How does a SomaYoga session work?
We begin with an intake session of 90 minutes. Together, we’ll discuss your injuries or patterns you are holding. Then, you will be led through a peaceful and gentle SomaYoga session. Following your session, you may be given an at-home practice to explore until our next session. Follow-up sessions are an hour in length.
Also, if you prefer, you can schedule an online session so you can stay in the comfort of your own home.
