Pay Healing Forward

If you'd like to help extend care to someone else, you're welcome to contribute toward a future Community Care session.

Every donated session helps ensure that someone experiencing financial hardship can receive support when they need it.

Values in Practice

A healing practice is shaped not only by the work that happens in the session, but by how it participates in the larger community.

I believe healing and justice belong together. Every person deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and cared for regardless of race, ethnicity, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, body size, ability, or financial circumstances.

I also recognize that many communities have experienced harm within healthcare, spiritual, and wellness spaces. While I cannot undo those histories, I can choose to practice differently—with humility, accountability, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

This page shares some of the ways I strive to put those values into action and is a reflection of the kind of practitioner I hope to be and the community I hope to help cultivate—one rooted in compassion, dignity, reciprocity, and care.

Reparations in Practice

I choose to dedicate part of my work toward supporting organizations and communities working to create a more just world. Every quarter, 50% of my proceeds will be donated in the hope that healing can ripple beyond this practice and into the wider community.

Community Care Sessions

Healing should never be available only to those who can comfortably afford it.

Each month, I reserve three Community Care sessions at no cost. These sessions are offered with no questions asked and no application process. If receiving care would make a meaningful difference right now, I invite you to reach out.

My Commitments

I strive to create a space that is:

  • welcoming and affirming of all identities

  • trauma-informed and consent-centered

  • accessible whenever possible

  • rooted in curiosity rather than certainty

  • committed to listening, learning, and repair

When I make mistakes, I will listen, take responsibility, and continue learning, for life.
